Oct. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- The InfoSec Reviews editorial team is extremely pleased to welcome Professor Mich Kabay to the increasingly popular reviews site as a new guest columnist. Mich is currently the Professor of Information Assurance & Statistics at the School of Business and Management, Norwich University (US), and served as the CTO of the School of Graduate Studies from 2005 to 2009.

Prior to his move to the InfoSecReviews.com website, Mich had spent the last 11 years writing the Security Strategies newsletter at Network World, posting in excess of 1200 articles. Dave Raimbach, editor of the site says, “we are honoured to offer him his new home here on our website.  Mich’s first blog post for us, Credo, is already published for you to read, being a simple introduction to what’s to come over the following months.”

Professor Kabay’s new tenure will see him writing a bi-weekly column called Perceptions on all aspects of Information Security, and from what InfoSec Reviews CEO, John Hughes says, “Mich has carte blanche to write about whatever he sees fit. He’s got himself in a spot of bother before for being so outspoken, but there’s nothing like a bit of controversy to keep things interesting.”

The Perceptions column launches this week to sit alongside the new blog feature the group has also introduced, attracting writers such as Mike Barwise and Tony Campbell to name but a few.
