Horror Movie Art Show at Finder's Creepers

Oct. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- The Horror Movie Art Show at Finder's Creepers encompasses the largest of the gallery rooms, affectionately known as the Ghoul Gallery. Featuring more than a dozen local Des Moines' artists, the art show depicts an array of creepy cool art featuring some of horror's best known icons!

Co-curated by Shawn Palek and Erin Bollman, this show is a definite must-see and will be on display the entire month of October. The show features artwork in many different media including sculpture, air brush, acrylics, photography and soft-sculpted dolls.

An open house will take place October 7th from 5 to 10pm in conjunction with the monthly First Friday Art Crawl. in addition to the open house, there will be a "Make n' Take Monster Class" instructed by local doll maker, KimB Kreatures. The cost of the class is just $25 and you get to create your very own oversized Frankenstein Doll.
