Mountain Real Estate Capital

Mountain Real Estate Capital is acquisition and investment affiliate of Mountain Funding. Mountain Real Estate is based in North Carolina, and have concluded several deals including REO purchase of a portfolio of 56 residential communities in the greater Atlanta area from Bank of North Georgia; Equity joint venture with GreenPointe Communities of Florida to purchase, develop and sell two subdivisions located in Jacksonville.

It had also invested in of non-performing loan secured by an 80,000 square foot commercial building in South Carolina.

The Fund’s current investment activities have been concentrated in the South Eastern States of United States.

Prologis, Inc.

Prologis is one of the world most active industrial property developers and investors, it has been acquiring new assets globally.

The company’s portfolio consists of high throughput distribution (HTD) facilities, including industrial properties located near seaports, airports and freeway interchanges.

It is a global provider of industrial real estate, offering customers more than 600 million square feet of distribution space (55.7 million square meters) in markets across the Americas, Europe and Asia. The company leases its 3,500 industrial facilities in 22 countries to manufacturers, retailers, transportation companies, third-party logistics providers and other enterprises with distribution needs.

In addition to developing its building portfolio, it also acquires facilities to help its customers build their businesses in metropolitan markets.

Brascan Residential Properties SA (South America)

The Group's principal activities are to develop, manage and market real estate properties. The group is specialized in the development of private luxurious condominiums, as well residential and office buildings.

Its operations also include land acquisition, planning, construction, sales, financing, design, development and management of real estate projects and customer services. It operates in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.

The group is based in Brazil, and it is expanding and would be looking at opportunities in Brazil and other parts of South America.

Killam Properties (North America)

The Group is a publicly traded real estate company focused on the acquisition, re-development, and management of multi-family residential properties and manufactured home communities in the Provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland in Canada.

The company has formed several funding ventures with international groups, and is looking to expand and invest in other multi-family properties in 2011.
