Axis Partnership, based in Bury St Edmunds, will be hosting a free seminar for domestic lettings and estate agency businesses entitled ‘Business Valuations, Sales, and Acquisitions’
in November. The seminar will present an explanation of how Axis value businesses, with examples of valuation reports. It will also consider the current market for property-based business sales and acquisition, and will explain the brokerage process. The seminar will be held at Axis’ Bury St Edmunds Head Office on Friday 11th November at 2:30pm, and will be held under Chatham House Rules to ensure confidentiality and to enable all attendees to speak freely: “When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.”
The four Axis speakers are: Richard Haden-Scott - CEO and Axis’ Founder; Robin Boxall-Hunt – Axis Group Director with 10 years’ experience of successfully selling businesses; Ian Charlesworth – Senior Business Valuer with Axis Partnership;
and Adam Croft – Axis Senior Broker and Office Manager.
Seminar group size will be limited to allow ample time for questions and networking. This will be the first in a series of seminars from Axis that will discuss business sales and acquisitions in a variety of business sectors.
