FWL Presents: Achieving Personal Excellence

How do you define what personal excellence means to you and how can you achieve it?

Oct. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Join us on Thursday, October 13th, when Heather Neely an expert in generational diversity and leadership development will speak on the topic of personal development and how to increase our awareness, confidence and ultimately our own satisfaction.

In 2009 Heather Neely joined a team of world class coaches at Appropriate Response to help facilitate a ground breaking program in personal development - Personal Excellence Program (PEP.) PEP offers a comprehensive structure of personalized development over one year, including facilitated groups, individual coaching, communities of support and feedback, and the cultivation of peer coaching skills.

Heather will be speaking about PEP and taking us through an accelerated version of the program so we can start integrating the skills into our own lives.

Walk away with a plan on how to better define your development areas and gain an understanding of what the right tools and resources are to increase your development and satisfaction.
