CHARLOTTE, NC -- Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ Charlotte franchise, Paragon Homes of Charlotte, announced today its first Charlotte-area Showcase Model, located at Crescent Resource’s Springfield community in Ft. Mill, is now open to the general public.

The company’s inaugural furnished model, called The Asheville, officially introduces Arthur Rutenberg’s new Southern Design Collection to the Greater Charlotte area and Carolinas region, an important part of the company’s previously announced progressive growth strategy for the area.

“While the 3,916-square foot Asheville model features distinctive French Country-inspired architecture, the home is a quintessential Arthur Rutenberg design, blending fresh and innovative design with function and value.  Situated along Springfield’s 18th green, the home luxuriously merges indoor spaces with its scenic wooded setting.  The expansive two-story model is professionally decorated and showcases today’s newest floorplan trends and conveniences, plus is loaded with the features that buyers expect at much higher prices,” explained Jim Rosewater, co-owner along with Mitch Genda of Paragon Homes of Charlotte.

Already, the Asheville Showcase Model is open seven days a week for public viewing, but will officially grand open during October, at the same time as the Home Builders Association of Charlotte’s annual HomeArama event, located nearby in York County.  

Joining the Paragon Homes team as Sales Manager is Richard Teat, a 23-year veteran in the Greater Charlotte area new home market.

Paragon Homes Announces Nine Home Sales Since Model Construction Started
