Rungo Dance Academy and Sports and Fitness Training Systems have merged to become Rock Solid Dance and Fitness.  Co-Owner Corinne Rungo explains "I have been searching for the optimal environment to offer strength, agility and confidence building in one location. " Adding trainer Patty Durell to the mix was the perfect solution. Patty and her staff bring over 45 years of experience in strength training.
Combining   High Intensity Training with  Rungo dance for agility and endurance provides the ideal workout.   "We see so many of our clients getting fit and gaining confidence daily. " There is nothing more rewarding than transforming couch potatoes into French fries.
