North Wales Dragons hat-trick makes over £10,000

Oct. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- Innerframe & North Wales Dragons support a different cause every year, their new nominated charity being Cancer Research Campaign 'Join the Fight' Breast Cancer campaign. To date, since 2009 when the Dragons were founded, they have raised over £10,000 for chosen charities in 3 events.

Already turning their attention to their next challenge Two matches have been arranged to raise money and awareness for this worthy cause. The first match will be a quadrangular tournament held in Sheffield and will feature The North Wales Dragons, The Ayrshire Outsiders, fans and staff of Sheffield Football Club and the fans and staff of Pro Appio of Rome who will be making a special journey to be apart of what promises to be a great day. The second match will see the Dragons making their way North of the border to visit their friends and fellow fundraisers the Ayrshire Outsiders where they will compete for the coveted Celtic Challenge Trophy.

Football has always been a passion but lately, raising money has also become a passion, so we want to show and share our vision that fundraising can be fun, interactive and easily done when it involves something that you love doing.
