Overall the number of employees at RealDecoy grew by 50 percent in 2011, coinciding with a remarkable 90 percent increase in revenue. Currently the company has 44 openings available and anticipates an ongoing need for increased staffing in the year ahead. The new facilities can accommodate RealDecoy’s immediate growth predictions, but further office expansion may still be necessary.
