Oct. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- One year after it has entered the server management software market, 1H.com will celebrate its 1st birthday with the launch of a new version of its leading product Hive. This will happen at the Automation Bootcamp conference held by cPanel in Austin TX, 10-12 October 2011. The 1H events at the conference include two lectures by the 1H CEO Marian Marinov and live presentations of the new Hive version at the 1H booth.

The new version of 1H Hive provides a completely new way for adding the software to the server: it will no longer require replacing the current Apache version with a customized one, but will rather add a single module to the existing Apache. This new setup, according to Hive's creators, will provide easier launch and better flexibility. "At the end of the first year we are happy to see how 1H software has helped more than 2000 servers to improve their performance, uptime, efficiency and security." said Marian Marinov 1H Founder and CEO. "The new Hive version will allow even more people to start enjoying the benefits. Its improved architecture minimizes the risk of installation issues due to web server replacement. Additionally the hosting providers can now easily choose which part of Hive's multiple functionality to use on their server and even apply different set of functionality to different users on the server."

At Automation Bootcamp 1H team will be at stand #23 to present the new and improved version of Hive to existing and potential customers. Marian Marinov will be sharing expertise and knowledge with two lectures at the development track of the conference. Both lectures, scheduled Tuesday Oct 11, and Wednesday Oct 12 at 3:45 pm promise to be very interesting and insightful for the conference attendees as he will be covering the important topics of efficiency benchmarking and exploiting Perl to improve cPanel plugins.

"It has been a really exciting year at 1H and we are glad to be back at the cPanel conference to celebrate our first year on the market", says Tina Kesova, Business Development Manager at 1H. "We have worked hard, we have learned a lot and we are proud that we have tremendously improved our products during the course of just one year. Everyone at 1H is looking forward to sharing our experience and new offerings at this great show", she added.

About 1H.com software company

1H.com was founded by Tenko Nikolov and Marian Marinov, who have started the development of 1H software in 2007 as an in-house project for a leading shared web hosting company, in which they were part of the senior management team. The 1H software addresses the main issues of a typical shared hosting provider: resource abuse by a single user; websites being inaccessible due to slow downtime detection and resolution; customers' accounts being hacked etc. In 2010 the project has evolved into a business venture of its own and currently, one year later, 1H software is used on more than 2000 servers.

About Hive

1H Hive is the leading 1H product. It increases significantly the shared hosting environment security through a unique mechanism for user isolation. At the same time it allows web hosts to accommodate much more accounts on the same hardware by applying a comprehensive set of resource usage limitations.
