Eagle Accounts Group to Collect Tax Judgements for Daviess County

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 4, 2011 - Eagle Accounts Group (EAGL) today announced that it was selected by the Daviess County Treasurer to collect personal property tax judgments. EAGL has begun mailing letters to the property owners involved.

Eagle Accounts Group President and CEO, Chet Klene, stated that EAGL is excited to begin this relationship with the Daviess County Treasurer.  EAGL already collects past-due child support for the Daviess County Prosecutor’s Office through it’s CCB Child Support Enforcement Agency division. EAGL's proven strength and experience in managing and collecting governmental debt continues to grow in 2011. EAGL collects several types of governmental debt including personal property tax judgments, traffic tickets, annual child support docket fees, probation fees, and court fines.

Klene added that EAGL is able to provide resources to seek collection of past due debt that many state, county and municipal governmental agencies do not have. Successful collections add money back into the government’s budget for much needed projects. EAGL's collection agreement with the County provides that EAGL will process collections at no cost to Daviess County; fees are collected from the delinquent taxpayers.

Klene stated that these Daviess County taxes will be collected from EAGL’s Bloomington Indiana office.  EAGL opened the Bloomington location earlier this year.  Eagle Accounts is committed to providing superb service to Daviess County.
