By: Kevin Kitchnefsky Foundation A true family friendly event, Harvest Fest offers a Chinese Auction featuring an excellent selection of prizes plus a bake sale with incredible made-from-scratch treats including pumpkin bread, pies, and cookies trays. The Columbo Family of Hop Bottom will also have Pony Rides available with all proceeds going to the Kevin Kitchnefsky Foundation. The Kevin Kitchnefsky Foundation for Spinal Cord Research was incorporated in January of 2000. The only organization of its type in Pennsylvania, to date, the foundation is proud to have risen over $100,000 funds. The primary focus of the Kevin Kitchnefsky Foundation is to raise much-needed funds to support the scientists who are doing the research that will, in time, lead to a cure. The organization also helps families who have been affected purchase equipment to make their homes or vehicles more handicapped friendly.
