Linda’s Gourmet Cookies Supporting “All Jazzed Up” Gordon Parks Elementary’s Fundraiser.

Oct. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Kansas City, MO Linda’s Gourmet Cookies announced they would be supporting the Gordon Parks Elementary School’s fall fundraiser “All Jazzed Up”.  “All Jazzed Up” will take place on November 4, 2011 at 6:00 pm at the American Jazz Museum, 18th and Vine, Kansas City, MO. In addition to the dinner buffet, activities will feature

·   Live performance of Meet the Past, an interview with Crosby Kemper, III, and Mr. Parks, as performed by a local actor.
·   Live jazz music performed by the Blake Deibel Quartet, featuring original compositions by Mr. Parks.
·   Self-guided tour of the American Jazz Museum.
·   Silent Auction and Art Gallery Display.
·   Proceeds from the benefit will help support the schools academic programs.

Gordon Parks Elementary School provides an enriched individualized academic program particularly to educate at-risk, urban core children to reach their potential.  This K – 5 school helps children develop their potential in a safe, loving and challenging environment.
