Running a business is strenuous. Dealing with everything from administration to employees to customer satisfaction can take a toll on anyone. Taap.it diminishes some of the difficulty by allowing businesses to market with a simple tool. This helps businesses raise awareness in a matter of minutes.
“Taap.it enables you to post classifieds in a way as streamlined as taking a photo of them with your phone, adding a description of the item in question and then sending it to other Taap.it users who are nearby.”said Roger Hollings at KillerStartups. “If they like what you have posted, then they can contact you straightaway. Imagine (for example) how cool it would be to post classifieds straight from your mobile. That would save you a lot of time and headaches. And that becomes evident when one uses this new mobile app.”
The app is a great way to quickly post something that you want to sell or to get something in your area that you want to buy.
The idea for Taap.it comes from the need to have a fast, simple, and instant way for local businesses to reach out to their local customers, which has not been fully addressed in the market. Right now when local businesses want to sell goods or services, they have to go through either the local newspaper (which is costly and slow) or an e-commerce site like eBay or Craigslist (which is a hassle because you need your computer to post).
“Basically, within 15 seconds, you will be able to list the item you want to sell, which solves a pain point in the selling and sharing of services and goods to people just down the street,” said Rip Empson, Editor at TechCrunch.
