Oct. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- The National Stress and Anxiety Prevention Center (NSAPC) ended its 2011 Summer Stress, Anxiety and Depression Awareness Program with great success.

The program was able to donate copies of the book Suffer No More – The Ultimate Guide to Free Yourself From Excessive Stress, Anxiety Attacks and Depression in 2½ Minutes to libraries, homeless shelters and transitional housing facilities around the country.

Some of the facilities that benefited from the book donations were the Los Angeles Downtown Women’s Center, the Altadena Public Library and the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, all which had the potential to help 1000’s of individuals, according to CEO Richard Wills. Visitors to these facilities are often experiencing some form of stress, anxiety or depression, and just need to know that help is available.

What’s amazing is the amount of red tape that’s required by many of the facilities we contacted.  But at the end of the day we were able to accomplish what we set out to do, he said.

For the 2011 Summer Awareness Program, which began June 16, participating facilities agreed to receive our book donation(s) as part of their reading material for patrons and visitors. The book is known as a spiritual survival guide for mental health maintenance and provides a strategic level of drug-free therapy for stress, anxiety attacks, depression and a host of other chronic disorders.  By combining the use of biblical principles and medical scientific facts, anyone suffering from these conditions can learn how to get immediate relief without using harmful drugs.

The next big thing for the NSAPC is its six-week 2011 Fall Stress, Anxiety and Depression Awareness Program for military families, prison ministries and penal institutions.  Kick off begins October 15. For additional information, please visit www.SufferNoMoreToday.com.

If you know of anyone, or a facility that could benefit from receiving a copy of Suffer No More, please contact Richard Wills at 877-747-7960 by telephone, or send an email request to info@suffernomoretoday.com
