Eurotique Corsets and Adam & Eve Michigan support Breast Cancer Awareness by giving back.

Oct. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Two well known brands are reaching out to their local communities to help spread awareness and join the fight against breast cancer.  Eurotique and Adam & Eve Michigan have paired up for the month of October to support a cause that will affect 1 out of 8 women in the U.S. alone.  Both companies are making contributions to the cause by donating a portion of their sales from the month of October and spreading the word about becoming breast cancer advocates.

This month Eurotique is featuring “The Awareness Corset”, it is a vintage pink and white corset trimmed with a white satin bow.   For every “Awareness Corset” sold Eurotique will be donating 50% of the sale to Susan G. Komen For The Cure foundation and they will also contribute 10% of every pink corset sold in the month of October.  Eurotique has also donated corsets to “Support Your Melons” which is a fundraiser held by Rachel’s every July for breast cancer awareness and research.  Eurotique wholesale manager Erica Meyer says “We wanted to do something that would allow our retail and wholesale customers participate in something that affects so many of us.  Our contributions might seem small compared to larger organizations, but every donation helps and bringing that voice to our customers is what makes the biggest impact in the end”.  The “Awareness Corset” can be purchased online at www.eurotique.com, the Eurotique Retail store in South Florida, Adam & Eve retail stores and select Eurotique retailers throughout the U.S. and Canada.

On Friday October 7th, 2011 Adam & Eve Michigan will be hosting a Halloween Expo at the Woodhaven Community Center.  They will be featuring a fashion show, pole dance instruction, female and male impersonators and an adult novelty expo.  Throughout the night there will be chances to win prizes including the Eurotique “Awareness Corset”. Tickets are $10 when purchased in advance and $20 at the door, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Breast Cancer Awareness.
