Council Magazine (fashion in the nation’s capital) Fall 2011 Special Holiday edition release

Sept. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- This special issue is a first for Council Magazine. It serves the fashion industry in the Washington, D.C. region. For those entertaining during the holidays, Council also gives readers a decadent dessert recipe and ideas for bar essentials.
