Francisco’s Auto Repair Brings Renewed Hope One Car At A Time

Continued Charitable Contributions to Eli Home Ensures Growth and Sustainability of Families

Sept. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Huntington Beach, CA, September 29, 2011 – Francisco’s Auto Repair in Huntington Beach continues the charitable spirit of giving by donating a refreshed 1989 Mazda to The Eli Home for Abused Children. They made sure that all parts were readily available and that in turn this vehicle could remain a reliable source of transportation for a disadvantaged single mother and her children.

As a result of costly repairs, Huntington Beach local David Perry graciously decided to give his vehicle over to Francisco’s team for the necessary services and eventual donation to The Eli Home. Perry seemed enthusiastic about Francisco’s assurance in properly restoring the Mazda and their humanitarian efforts stating, “It seems important to donate to a worthy cause and Francisco seemed more than confident to finish the task. ”

Under the direction of Francisco Fonseca and Leah Garza, the team of well-versed technicians at Francisco’s Auto Repair donated their time and efforts to precision repairs on the vehicle. “In these rough economic times, everyone can find an area in which they can help,” commented owner Leah Garza. “With these contributions we want to communicate our genuine concern for those in need within the community,” continued Garza.

The Eli Home was started in 1983 by Mike and Lorri Galloway and since then has risen to become a vital safe haven in the community for abused children and their mothers. With the combination of a professional counseling team, a competent full-time executive staff, and dedicated volunteers they have made sure to offer women and children a place of refuge in unimaginable circumstances.

The ‘89 Mazda was donated to Melanie, a mother who wanted more for her children, including a safe environment. “Francisco has provided an amazing gift to Melanie and her family; safe and stable transportation.  It will make a world of difference for all of them,” says Director of Development Tami Bradford.

In the wake of such uncertain financial times, it’s always wise to lend a hand where it’s needed. The staff at Francisco’s Auto Repair recognized this need, donated their time and were able to help out a worthy family.

Francisco’s Auto Repair has always responded to the needs of the community and has been linked to a variety of different non-profit organizations in the past including American Family Housing, Thomas House and The Eli Home.

They have been thriving in Huntington Beach for over 25 years and offer superior services on all Domestic, Japanese and some Foreign vehicles. You can find their reputable services explained more in depth at www.franciscosautorepair.com.
