The dinners feature a choice of entrée: roasted aged beef prime rib with traditional au jus or rotisserie pork prime rib with sour cherry sauce.  Also included are herbed creamy mashed potatoes with gruyere cheese, green beans with sautéed mushrooms, glazed baby carrots, creamed corn, dinner rolls and a salad of baby mixed greens topped with blue cheese sprinkles and pears and tossed in a balsamic herb vinaigrette.  Cost is $450 and feeds 12.
