Dr. Clyburn E. Soden, Sr., M.D., is a Board-certified Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Soden received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his residencies in both Dermatology and Pediatrics and the Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington D.C.  Dr. Soden worked as a Pediatrician, Dermatologist and Hospital Commander for over 20 years in the US Army and is a retired Army Colonel.  Some of the procedures and treatments performed by Dr. Soden include, laser hair removal, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, intense pulse light (IPL) therapy for sun damaged skin, skin fillers (Collagen, Restylane®, Perlane and JUVÉDERM™ ), BOTOX® Cosmetic, Portrait Plasma by Rhytec for skin rejuvenation and light therapy with narrow band UVB and PUVA (eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, lymphoma).  With over 25 years of experience treating patients with general dermatological problems and performing cosmetic procedures, Dr. Soden is devoted to providing exceptional patient care to all of his patients and has made it his life’s passion to help you look and feel your best.

Dr. Cylburn E. Soden, Jr., M.D., M.A. is a board-certified dermatologist and a fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon.  He obtained his medical degree from the prestigious Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and completed his Dermatology residency at the University of California Irvine.  During his training, he had the privilege of learning under the celebrated ethnic skin care specialist Dr. Paul Kelly and renowned cosmetic, laser and Mohs surgeon Dr. Christopher Zachary.  Dr. Soden, Jr. served as a practicing Dermatologist in the United States Army at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, and attained the rank of Major before exiting the military in the summer of 2010.  Dr. Soden, Jr. prides himself in staying at the cutting edge of technology in dermatology and strives to provide the highest level of care to all of his patients.
