Free Session Saturday – Coed Boot Camp at Wirth Park October 8

This one-hour free session offers all the elements of a complete workout – dynamic warm up, mobility and corrective exercise, fat-burning high intensity interval cardio bursts and resistance training, and toning and stretching exercises.

Sept. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Start off the best day of your week with a fantastic (and fun) free workout with Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp (MABC).  A free one-hour session October 8, 7 – 8 a.m. at Wirth Park in Brookfield has been announced by MABC/Achieve Personal Fitness owner and boot camp coach Catherine Andersen.    

Free camps are offered to give those interested in “boot camp”-type workouts a taste of the unique experience before committing to a full 3 or 4-week program, available year-round in Brookfield, with indoor sessions October through March held at the super
Brookfield Indoor Soccer Field.

Free boot camps are coed. Boot camp sessions require participants to bring a mat, weights, towel and water.  Registration is required since the sessions are kept smaller for more personal attention and safety.
