Workplace Violence Prevention Training Can Avoid Employees 'Going Postal'

Findlay All Hazards provides effective, custom training to help managers and safety/security specialists know what to look for when it comes to workplace violence and implement proactive actions to prevent acts of violence or harassment, rather than respond after the fact.

The UF taining team is even beginning to use interactive, scenario-based Violence Prevention Training. These video-based training programs help students cultivate abilities to cope with and de-escalate possibly unsafe events.
