PRLog -- DIJON, FRANCE 20 September 2011 — Identity Features announces its plans to produce three major film projects in the Burgundy Region of France, beginning with its world-class film project titled, “A GARDEN OF THORNS” in Dijon, France. The project is inspired by the memoirs of Mr. Roger de Anfrasio, the living author, who was honored on September 11, 2011, by Dijon’s Mayor and Senator, Francois Rebsamen. A major documentary is now in production and the feature film is currently in development. Identity Features Producer-Director, James Arcuri quotes, “This project has been a personal passion for me for many years, I want to bring this powerful, emotionally-
charged story through my screenplay, to the screen for everyone to see!” Mr. de Anfrasio has just received a medal of honor acknowledging his assistance when he was a young boy, passing along information to The French Resistance in Dijon, during the WWII Nazi Occupation of France. “I am very excited and honored having this medal; I will also share this recognition with my late older brother who was a fighter in The Resistance. I wanted to be like him, but I was just a boy. This story and film will remember the men and women of The Resistance, and their sacrifice for their country.” The documentary also shows interviews with the remaining Resistance Fighters, their struggle against the Nazis, and the collaborative forces who allowed the Nazis into France. “We want the world to know that we fought from the shadows to save France.” A major feature film is now in development and amongst the celebrities on Arcuri’s wish list is Jean Reno.
