Sept. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC – Entry-level job applicants can now show they are the superior candidate when applying for a competitive opening through entry-level career certification that provides validation of entry-level knowledge that  human resources managers are looking for as they screen applications.

The National Career Certification Board (NCCB) has announced the availability of entry-level career certification in many desirable career specialties. The new certifications enable entry-level job seekers a way to stand out above a crowded field of applicants.

“Entry-level job applicants need every edge they can get, and the NCCB national certification provides validation of knowledge and ability that human resources managers like to see as they screen job applicants,” explained Jeanine Austin, Ph.D. Career & Life Coach.

NCCB certification increases marketability as an independent validation of entry-level knowledge and abilities. Job applicants who display the NCCB certification on their resume will stand out above others competing for the same job opening.

“NCCB certification gives you a mark of distinction which sets you apart and shows that you have achieved expertise in your field of study. It demonstrates your commitment to your own personal growth and to that of the profession you’ve chosen. These factors can greatly improve your chances of being hired, and affect your career advancement,” said Austin.
Certification is provided through proctored exams offered from http://www.NCCBoard.org A grade of 70 percent or greater is necessary to receive the national certification.

NCCB has established the basic educational requirements for each discipline. Proctored exams contain relevant career knowledge, using guidelines for entry-level national certification requirements to ensure a high level of professionalism and ethical standards for certified individuals.
