Ted Pauling of Phoenixx Systems Serves as Conference Speaker For Women Working in Criminal Justice

Sept. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC  – Phoenixx Systems’ Ted Pauling, VP Strategic Human Resources, served as conference speaker for the NC Correctional Association (NCCA) Women Working in Criminal Justice (WWICJ) Conference on August 31.  The WWICJ Conference is held every year for staff in the NC Department of Corrections at Wake Tech Community College.

The 2011 WWICJ Conference theme “Motivation to Continue the Good Fight, In these Challenging Times” was very timely in today’s economic climate and concerns for tomorrow.  Pauling spoke to over 300 in attendance about topics including:  Diversity & Inclusion, Impact & Influence, Social Media, Personal Branding, and Work/Life Balance.
   
“The conference was put together very well.  The attendees were very engaged and at times I would say even entertained.  It was truly an honor to be given the opportunity to speak to such a large number public sector employees.  Additionally, it was encouraging to confirm that both the private and public sectors are searching for new ways to create a more flexible and effective workplace even with today’s economic climate,” comments Pauling.
