In her new position, she will oversee all admissions, and will supervise clinical operations for patients receiving care for eating disorders and psychiatric disorders.
Vass previously served as Assistant Vice President, Clinical Operations, as Walden’s Director of Social Work and Admissions, and as a psychiatric triage clinician for Walden. She also was a Clinical Director and outpatient therapist for Comprehensive Psychiatric Resources, Inc. in Waltham, a psychiatric triage clinician for North Shore Medical Center and Salem Hospital, both in Salem, a clinical psychiatric and addictions evaluator at Deaconess Waltham Hospital in Waltham and a supervisor for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services.
She earned her bachelor’s degree at Lasell College in Newton and her master’s degree from Salem State College’s School of Social Work.
