RGF and Lincoln College Offer Indoor Air Quality Training

Sept. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- West Palm Beach, FL – September 21, 2011 – RGF Environmental Group recently teamed up with Lincoln College of Technology in a partnership to provide Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) training to Lincoln College HVAC student technicians.

Since establishing its air quality certification course in the early 90’s RGF has provided industry specific qualifications to 1,000’s of HVAC contractors around the country. For the HVAC contractor, a good working knowledge of Indoor Air Quality enables them to offer a complete package of cooling and heating along with air quality services to clients.

After being approached by Lincoln College Directors, RGF agreed to extend its IAQ training course to students at the HVAC technical college. RGF developed a unique hour long course aimed at providing an entry level introduction to indoor air quality along with advice on how to select suitable air purification equipment once in the field. As a part of the training each student technician assisted in the installation of RGF’s Guardian Air units throughout the college. The installation of the Guardian Air in a school setting assists by reducing the transmission of bacteria and germs among students in turn reduces absentee rates.
