There are dangers to being too aggressive in a relationship and the cost of those dangers many times will wind up being the relationship itself. It's good to know when to keep yourself in check and in line so that you don't end up pushing away your girlfriend or your wife or the woman you are dating.
Here are just some of the dangers of being too aggressive in a relationship:
1) You can easily forget about what she wants and the fact that your relationship is a partnership.
When one person is too aggressive about what the want, they sometimes forget that the other person has needs. Lets say that, for example, it manifests itself in the bedroom. You become "eager" about what you want and how you want things to go and you totally forget her needs. Well, if that happens, she may bear with you for a while, but there may come a time when it is too much. At that point, she just might start looking for a new man.
2) You can show off the "bad" side of yourself way too soon.
We all have our bad points or our bad side to ourselves. And you don't want to let that cat out of the bag too soon in a relationship. Problem is, when there is too much of an attitude of aggression, then you can easily do that and expose that "bad" side too soon and that will be a big turn off. It can even make her figure that there is more there that she does not want to see.
3) It can lead you into arguments that you just have to win.
Having too much aggression can also put you in a position where you have to win any arguments that you might have with your girlfriend or wife. And that can lead to all kinds of bad things that can end your relationship and make you feel like a total loser for acting that way.
