Sept. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- FORT MYERS, Fla. (September 20, 2011) – TruGreen Limited Partnership leased 25,000 square feet of industrial space at 1681 Baseline Court in Fort Myers, Florida.  The office will relocate from Billy Creek to the new Baseline Court location. Mike Doyle, CCIM, with LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord and Chase Mayhugh, with Mayhugh Realty, Inc., represented the tenant in this transaction.
