The Signature Room at the 95th Offers Three Glamorous Ways to Ring in The New Year

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 21, 2011 - Chicago, IL- Toast the New Year in one of three ways at The Signature Room at the 95th and The Signature Lounge. Those seeking an early celebration can gather in the main dining room for a sophisticated evening featuring a three-course dinner created by Executive Chef Patrick Sheerin for $95 per person.  The later seating option allows guests the opportunity to enjoy a glittering night with dancing above the Magnificent Mile until the New Year arrives.  This gourmet celebration features a five-course menu complemented by a glass of champagne upon arrival, live entertainment by The Matt Young Group, a festive balloon drop at midnight, and more for $210 per person. Capping off the holiday in The Signature Lounge on the 96th floor is a third option, where after 6 p.m. a $25 cover charge includes a first drink and sparkling views of the city, plus the live rock and roll sounds of SODA from 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.

The Signature Room offers the best Chicago venue to welcome 2012, and early reservations are suggested.  Reservations will be accepted beginning Monday, October 31st.

New Year’s Eve—Available Seating Times and Costs
The first seating offers a three-course dinner menu. Business casual attire is required.
Cost: $95 per person, including tax and gratuity  
Seatings available: 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30 p.m.

During the first seating, guests depart prior to the second seating so they can enjoy other activities in the city after dinner or head back home for a cozy celebration. Those that wish to proceed to The Signature Lounge for the remainder of the evening can simply pay a $25 cover charge and enjoy a first drink, complimentary.

The second seating is a formal affair featuring a five-course gourmet menu, festive décor including a balloon drop at midnight and a lively evening punctuated by a stellar view of the fireworks-filled backdrop along Lake Michigan.  The 21 and over event also includes dancing to the Matt Young Group from 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.  

Cost: $210 per person, including tax and gratuity. Black tie attire optional.
Second seatings are available at 7:30 p.m., 8 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.

The Signature Lounge offers guests a gorgeous view of the city’s fireworks display at midnight. For New Year’s Eve, there is a cover charge of $25 per person after 6 p.m.  Guests receive the first drink complimentary and enjoy the live rock and roll sounds of SODA from 9 p.m.–1 a.m.
