R.E.A.C.H. of Macon County Recognizes Domestic Violence Awareness Month with Book Signing

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 21, 2011 - In recognition of October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month, R.E.A.C.H. of Macon County will sponsor a book signing in Franklin and Highlands on October 6th.  Featured author Angela Dove will present and sign her new book No Room for Doubt,  a compelling account of a ‘real-life’ homicide and its aftermath. Dove writes about her step-mother’s brutal murder in March of 1988, recreating the investigation and its disturbing effect on those whose lives were touched by this crime.

The event will take place in both Franklin and Highlands.  Dove will appear at St. Agnes Church at 66 Church Street from 10:00 - 11:30 am with light refreshments served.  In Highlands the book signing will be held from 4:00-5:30 pm at in the newly renovated Hudson Library with afternoon refreshments.  

Seating is limited at both events.  Tickets are $20 each and are available by calling 828-369-5544 or emailing reach@reachofmaconcounty.org.
