Schultze Asset Management LLC is pleased to announce the Steven Hornung has joined the firm

Sept. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Schultze Asset Management LLC is pleased to announce the Steven Hornung has joined the firm as an analyst.  In his role as an analyst, Steven will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and monitoring investments for the firm’s portfolios.

Prior to joining SAM, Mr. Hornung was a senior associate in the Investment Management Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led multiple engagement teams, providing consulting and tax compliance services for hedge fund and private equity clients.  Mr. Hornung began his career at Leshkowitz & Company, an accounting and tax advisory firm, where he provided client services in various industries including manufacturing, real estate, retail and distribution.    

Mr. Hornung earned an MBA from Harvard Business School where he served as the president of the Turnaround & Restructuring Club and was on the 2nd placed team in the annual ABI Corporate Restructuring Competition. Mr. Hornung earned a BS in Finance with a concentration in accounting from Touro College, where he graduated magna cum laude.  He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, AICPA and the NYSSCPA and a Chartered Financial Analyst Level II candidate.
