BABC Announces Change of Speaker for Annual Business Awards Luncheon

The British-American Business Council has announced a change in speakers for the the 2nd Annual BABC International Business Awards Luncheon
 
Sept. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Sir Robert Fry, scheduled to speak at the 2nd BABC International Business Awards Luncheon on October 5, is unable to attend due to travel difficulties.

Al Goodman, President of Albert James Associates, will make the keynote speech in Sir Robert’s place.  Mr. Goodman’s primary focus is in the area of facilitating management development and maximizing individual potential in the work place.  He has 25 years of global corporate experience with the last 18 years spent at FMC Technologies where he was Director of Human Resources for the Energy Processing Division.

Mr. Goodman will speak on “Key Global Leadership Essentials for Managing Human Capital and Relationships”.

The 2nd Annual BABC International Business Awards Luncheon will be held on October 5, 2011, at The Westin Memorial City.  Deborah Duncan of KHOU will MC the event.  Awards will be presented in three categories; Small to Mid-sized Business, Large Corporate, and the Consul General’s Award for Corporate Social Responsibility.  HM Consul General Andrew Millar will be on hand to present the Consul General’s Award.
