Sept. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Dr. Elizabeth McNally, of Portland Chiropractic Neurology, is the first woman in Maine to be certified by the American Chiropractic Neurology Board as a Chiropractic Neurologist.
Dr. McNally completed her post-graduate studies in Chiropractic Neurology at the Carrick Institute for Neurological Studies in 2011. As a Chiropractic Neurologist she treats countless conditions affecting not only the musculoskeletal system, but also the brain and central nervous system.  Some of her areas of specialty include low back pain, athletic injuries, women’s health and nutrition.

Portland Chiropractic Neurology is the only Chiropractic Neurology practice in the state of Maine, with the proud distinction of having the only two Chiropractic Neurologists in the state.
