Dr. Chrisadel Heath to Host Community Lecture on Oct. 5

Dr. Chrisadel Heath will present a community lecture entitled “Recognizing Stroke Symptoms” on Wednesday, October 5 at 12:00 noon at Wachesaw Conference Center on Riverwood Drive, across from Waccamaw Community Hospital in Murrells Inlet.
 
Sept. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Georgetown Hospital System continues a series of free community lectures this fall.

Dr. Chrisadel Heath, a family medicine physician affiliated with Georgetown Hospital System’s Waccamaw Community Care in the Surfside Beach/Socastee area, will present a community lecture entitled “Recognizing Stroke Symptoms” on Wednesday, October 5 at 12:00 noon at Wachesaw Conference Center on Riverwood Drive, across from Waccamaw Community Hospital in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.

The lecture is free and lunch will be provided along with a free blood pressure check and risk assessment; however, space is limited.  To reserve your seat for this presentation at Wachesaw Conference Center, call 520-7842.
