Use of the API feature allows customers who use reporting software easier access to their call information by eliminating the steps of having to log into their PATLive account, download their call data and upload it into their reporting software each day. Customers now have the option to have their call data automatically integrated with their third-party software.

The API feature also allows customers to attach call data to specific customer records. Customers can now sort their integrated call data by the date/time of the call, duration of the call, caller ID and the city of the caller, among many others.
