The mySecureConnect Web Portal offers a faster and simpler way for customers to view, organize and manage information related to all of their SecureConnect services, which are housed in a single location on a user-friendly, configurable dashboard populated with dynamic real-time widgets. The widgets in the dashboard give the customer a summary of their PCI validation status. In addition, the dashboard consolidates a variety of critical PCI and network security information into a single view, providing the customer with shortcut buttons within the widget to quickly drill into specific details. The new layout offers customers the flexibility to set-up their widgets and prioritize them in an order that meets their personal preferences. In general, mySecureConnect moves the inexperienced merchant through the compliance process with ease and efficiency by turning the technical PCI compliance method into a more manageable solution.

Additionally, the logging services also received a major upgrade, in order to provide deeper reporting, analysis, and real-time alerts. Similar to the main dashboard, a logging widget is provided to deliver a quick overview of the previous 24 hour period on essential event logs, such as top Websites blocked and accessed, in addition, to intrusion prevention and firewall anti-virus events and more. If a customer needs to drill into the specific log details, all of these searches can be done from the Logging page provided in the monitoring section of the portal.
