The three-year deal worth £500,000 was awarded to the IT managed services specialist following a competitive four-way pitch process.
The partnership will see ARRK Europe, which specialises in composites, design engineering and tooling, integrate a hosted Microsoft CRM and Dynamics NAV solution throughout the business. ADA will also deliver a hosted CRM integrated Exchange 2010 service for 180 users and ensure disaster recovery for all applications and data from its two data centres. A new MPLS WAN will be implemented to replace the current Star-based Network solution
Sunny Pataria, IT Manager at ARRK Europe Ltd, says: “It’s important that we have a standard platform across our seven sites and one that is supported by a robust disaster recovery service. Our teams throughout the UK are currently using different versions of business critical applications, many of which are not compatible with each other. Our partnership with ADA will address these compatibility issues and make our business more efficient.”
The CRM installation is expected to take place throughout September with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV integration going live for 2012.
