Prime One Productions Documents UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar’s TRX Training
Huntington Beach, CA.—Prime One Productions showcased UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar’s preparation for his October 8 title defense versus Gray Maynard in their mini-documentary, “Heart of a Champion,” available at TRXtraining.com/
“As a fan of the sport, I’ve noticed TRX’s imprint increasingly on UFC broadcasts. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to capture how a champion trains with TRX to be at that level,” says Prime One Productions founder Rick Lee, who traveled to Edgar’s home state of New Jersey for the project.
Lee teamed with veteran mixed martial arts journalist Danny Acosta to look closer at the mental and physical tools Edgar employs to be a champion.
