Complete Probe Solutions and Lucas-Signatone (LSC) announces a multiyear agreement to jointly manufacture Electroglas wafer probers . Under this agreement, the combined forces create a unique prospect for semiconductor test operations that now have a reliable source of Electroglas products. LSC has been manufacturing Signatone™ analytical probe stations for over 40 years. During this time LSC has developed it's in-house high tech equipment manufacturing capabilities along with a solid infrastructure of suppliers and subcontractors. Leveraging this capability with the extensive and in depth high volume wafer test expertise that is provided by Complete Probe Solutions creates a combination that is uniquely qualified to deliver and support the most advanced 200mm wafer probers.
