PRLog - Sep. 22, 2011 - EAST HAMPTON, N.Y. -- Every Wednesday night Rugosa Restaurant in East Hampton will offer a specially priced steak menu. We aim to provide guests the opportunity of sampling our food at a price that is affordable to the majority of the dining public. As with our a la carte menu all of the items served will be prepared in house with freshness and quality being our top priority.
Our Steak Night Menu will start at $14.95 for the Grilled Flat Iron Steak, $18.95 for Marinated Flank Steak and $21.95 for an all natural Antibiotic and Hormone Free N.Y. Strip Steak. The steaks offered will change, but, they will always start at $14.95 and we will always offer at least 3. All steaks will come with Potato Gratin, local seasonal vegetables and Garlic-Parsley Butter. The local vegetables will change weekly and will showcase the vegetable bounty of the East End. We will also offer additional compound butters that will occasionally change for an additional charge. Some options will include, Chili, Red Wine-Shallot, Bleu Cheese and Lobster Butters. Reservations are suggested.
