Lenel Announces Plans to Enter into a Partnership with IQinVision

Sept. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- ROCHESTER, NY − September 19, 2011 – Lenel Systems International plans to enter into a bundling agreement with IQinVision under which Lenel will package the newest IQeye standard and HD/megapixel H.264 network cameras with Lenel’s Video Channel License. As part of the agreement, IQinVision IP surveillance cameras will be added to the Lenel pricebook with large cost savings for Lenel’s Value Added Resellers. Lenel is a business of UTC Fire & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp .

More than 50 IQeye IP cameras will be offered as bundling options from Lenel, including the highly-popular IQeye Alliance-pro Series. IQeye cameras integrate with a wide range of NVR/VMS products including Lenel’s flagship security platform, OnGuard®, which seamlessly integrates a full suite of security management functions and technologies using an open architecture design.In addition to the LNVR channel license, Lenel will be including licenses for their Smart Video Motion Detection and Invalid Camera Intelligent Video Solutions.

The IQeye Alliance-pro Series cameras are H.264 vandal domes that provide the highest quality video with the lowest bandwidth consumption. They are available in VGA, 720p, 1080p, 3MP, and 5MP resolutions, indoor or outdoor models, and standard and true day/night models. IQeye Alliance-pro Series cameras also have multi-stream H.264/MJPEG, full duplex two-way audio, on-camera recording, and analog video out for easy focusing during installation. They are also ONVIF and PSIA compliant.

IQinVision’s H.264 cameras use Main Profile encoding, which offers the most efficient video compression available while maintaining a smooth, high quality image and low network bandwidth utilization, resulting in lower storage costs.
