FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 19, 2011 - In times of mass unemployment it is unlikely that anyone will ever find the role of a life time. However the Falstaff Experience in Stratford upon Avon is offering just that. The Tudor history museum located on Sheep Street in the heart of Shakespeare's Stratford, is looking for someone to play the Bard himself. Launching in October 2011 for previews and then every Saturday from Easter 2012, visitors to Stratford will be able to enjoy 'No Holds Bard' a tour with William Shakespeare. The tour will tell tales of Shakespeare's love, life, muses and characters, told in the first person by the man himself against a backdrop of the beautiful market town. The museum are looking for someone to lead the tour in role as William Shakespeare. The importance of this role cannot be underestimated as playing the Bard in his home town is the ultimate title role. Candidates should be knowledgeable about Shakespeare's life and work as well as having 'a look of Shakespeare' about them.
Creative Director Janet Ford said: "It is quite unbelievable that for all the Shakespeare references in town it has not been possible for visitors to meet the man himself. 'No Holds Bard' will give guests this opportunity. This will not be a usual town tour, the town merely forms the backdrop to the musings of Shakespeare on his life and work. This is a fantastic chance for somebody to earn to the role of a life time".
