Sept. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Nurses across the country have the unique opportunity to read and discuss non-fiction books and fictional novels with the ADVANCE Book Club. This nursing book club is especially for nurses, nurse leaders and student nurses. ADVANCE for Nurses strives to create a united community with the help of its nursing book club.

In September 2011, the club is going through exciting improvements! A re-design will be launched on Sept. 14, as well as several books to delve into. The nursing book club will also be featuring selections on a more frequent basis, offering popular novels and timely topics. Nurses can participate in the active community discussion at any time and collaborate with colleagues.

Our Sept. 14 offerings include The Help by Kathryn Stockett, The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating: A True Story by Elisabeth Tova Bailey and Cutting for Stone by Abraham Verghese. The popularity of The Help sparked the creation of a blockbuster film. Join the discussion and voice your opinion on its social impact.
