Sep. 16, 2011 - After a successful two years of offering investors in Singapore and Malaysia USA foreclosed real estate investment opportunities, Sterling Income LLC has expanded into China. Since the beginning of this year they have been developing relationships with resellers and agents in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dalian, Beijing, Ordos and Shanghai and other parts of China. As part of this expansion they recently exhibited at the Shanghai Luxury Property Show held at the Shanghai Expo. During the show they met with many interested buyers and also a number of prospective new resell partners.Buyers were very keen to hear about their two current projects, Sterling Camden Court, a 64 unit condominium project and Sterling Westbury Homes a 75 freestanding home project both located in Houston Texas. Both properties were purchased out of foreclosure and are being offered to overseas investors fully tenanted with a two year rental guarantee and full turnkey management in place. With a number of upcoming investment seminars and trade shows in the next month Sterling Income LLC hope to become a market leader in the USA foreclosed investment property market in China
