Nancy R. Wilsker Named Partner at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP

Sept. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP is pleased to announce that Nancy R. Wilsker has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice.  

Nancy has over 30 years of experience representing state and federally chartered banks, thrifts, and credit unions, mortgage lenders and brokers, auto finance providers, payment card industry participants, and other financial services providers. She regularly handles state and federal compliance issues, program and product development, advertising, operations issues, dealings with supervisory agencies, and other needs of the retail delivery channel.

Hinckley Allen has been providing practical business and compliance advice to banks and other financial services providers for over a century. Today, we have an experienced team with the depth and breadth to serve financial services providers in a wide variety of matters throughout New England, including corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, retail product development, deposit programs, lending, and payment systems. With the addition of Nancy Wilsker, we are expanding the team to include a seasoned partner based in our Boston office.

Wilsker received her B.A. from Brandeis University and is a graduate of the Boston College School of Law, where she received her J.D.
