With the holidays fast approaching, many companies are beginning plans for employee parties. Holiday parties are great for relaxing, socializing, team building and morale. Despite the festive intent of these gatherings, however, they can be rife with liability issues. This session will explore the potential legal issues with company-sponsored holiday parties, issues to consider when planning office parties and practical suggestions for limiting liability.
