Now through Nov. 30, eligible visitors to Welcome Home Centers of a participating Lennar community in the Southeast can register for the opportunity to win a grand prize package that includes items you may need in a new home: you can choose a car to put in the garage, beautiful furniture to decorate your home, a grill and patio accessories to complete the outdoor living experience, and enough fancy kitchen gadgets to be the envy of even the most accomplished chef.
In addition to the grand prize that will be selected from eligible entries collected at all participating communities, there will be a first-place and a second-place winner selected in each of the six participating Southeast divisions: Coastal Carolinas (Charleston and Myrtle Beach, S.C.); Jacksonville, Fla.; Maryland (Baltimore, Easton and Maryland’s metro D.C. area as well as Millsboro, Del.); Raleigh-Durham, N.C.; Charlotte, N.C.; and Virginia (Williamsburg and Virginia’s metro D.C. area). Each first-place winner will receive an HDTV, and each second-place winner will be awarded a grill.
“Lennar’s Everything’s Included program truly sets us apart from other homebuilders, and this promotion demonstrates our commitment to giving more to our customers,” said Lennar Southeast Vice President of Sales and Marketing Andrea Berenfeld. “Even if they don’t win the sweepstakes, those who visit our Welcome Home Centers will surely be excited about the possibility of owning a new home that has so much to offer while still providing a great value.”
Lennar is the only builder that offers new homebuyers its Everything’s Included program, which provides luxury features as standard items included in the home’s base price. With other builders such features are typically offered as expensive upgrades, often adding thousands of dollars to the cost of the home.
“Because we’re one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, we’re able to leverage our buying power to incorporate the most desirable features into our homes while maintaining very competitive prices, with no surprises or hidden costs,” added Berenfeld. “Value in a new home isn’t just about cost per square foot; it’s about identifying and providing homebuyers with the features they want, that they find most desirable for their families, but don’t want to pay extra for in today’s market.”
