Benefit Wine Tasting to Help End Hunger

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 15, 2011 - The West Suburban Community Pantry invites the community to attend a Benefit Wine Tasting to raise funds to help end hunger in DuPage County. There are over 95,000 people in DuPage County that are food insecure and over half of them are children.

“The pantry allows my family to eat food I normally can’t afford. It allows us to eat healthy and more often. The pantry teaches me that the world is kind and people are out there that love to help others!”  - Rhonda, a client from Naperville.

Whether you are a wine connoisseur or novice, you’ll enjoy an impressive variety of 40 wines, hors d’oeuvres, door prize and raffle prizes in a casual atmosphere that promises to be an evening of fun for all.  All proceeds from the event will support the pantry.

The Benefit Wine Tasting will take place on Sunday, October 2 from 5:30 - 8:30 PM at the Seven Bridges Golf Club, located at One Mulligan Drive in Woodridge. Tickets are $35.00 per person in advance or $40.00 at the door.
