Sept. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Seekonk Total Fitness announced today they will be hosting a CVS Flu Shot Clinic on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 from 4:00 p.m – 7:00 p.m. This clinic is open to the public.

•  Flu Shots will provided by immunization-certified CVS pharmacists.
•  Most major insurance, Medicare and MassHealth accepted.
•  Those planning on attending are asked to bring their insurance cards
•  Cost without insurance is $29.99
•  Open to the public
